Youth Yoga in the Park
Event Info:
Kids will enjoy guided breathing, gentle stretching, and foundational standing and balancing yoga poses while building strength, coordination, and focus. Classes are held in a grassy and shaded area, creating a calm and comfortable environment. Bring a yoga mat and dress for the weather! Those new to yoga are encouraged to sign up!
