Stretch your body, stretch your mind, stretch your spirit. Kids will enjoy guided breathing, gentle stretching, and foundational standing and balancing yoga poses while building strength, coordination, and focus. Classes are held in a grassy and shaded area, creating a calm and comfortable environment. Bring a yoga mat and dress for the weather! Those new to yoga are encouraged to sign up!
