Come to Slow Flow Yoga classes to improve your flexibility and well-being, and release stress.
You will learn fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and guided relaxations.
This gentle flowing sequence of postures, designed to build strength, stability, flexibility, and breath awareness, will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and blissful.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Props such as yoga blocks and a blanket may be helpful.
